Surfing attracts more and more enthusiasts and provides intense well-being together with the natural elements. There’s nothing like it to recharge your batteries, disconnect from a stressful city life, try a fun sport and get your fill of thrills

I work in collaboration with local surf schools on the Basque/Landes coast and in Spain that offer surf lessons suitable for all levels with experienced and certified instructors. Participants will be divided into small groups (groups of 8 people max. per instructor in France and groups of 6 people in Spain), and will have a briefing and training session before going into the water (about 1 hour in the water). During the lessons, participants will learn the basic techniques of surfing, get acquainted with the ocean and discover the pleasures of catching the waves safely!

Accessible to all

Whether your clients are beginners or have already practiced surfing, the schools I work with offer lessons adapted to all levels and will be able to accompany them safely at their own pace. Surfing is an intense and demanding sport that can be approached in a playful way, fun for everyone and gives good sensations from the beginning!

Quality & safety

The quality of the equipment (surfboards and wetsuits) and the safety guaranteed during the lessons is essential. The surf schools I work with on the coast have professional liability and experienced and certified instructors. These instructors ensure the safety of their students, in small groups of 6 to 8 pax, always looking for the best spot adapted to the ocean conditions on the day of the lesson.

Surfing is an intense sport that make all the muscles of the body work out. It must be complemented by stretching and relaxation exercises to avoid the risk of injury. Yoga is ideal for improving muscle strength, balance, concentration and flexibility.

Yoga is a full-body workout that helps strengthen the major muscle groups used when surfing. With the practice of several postures, the entire balance system is trained and will help to be more comfortable and confident in the water. Balance is essential in the practice of surfing and yoga. The stronger the body, the more balanced it will be.

Together, surfing and yoga form an unbeatable duo that combines concentration, sport, disconnection, well-being and immersion in nature!

Yoga classes last between 1h00 and 1h30 in small groups of 10 people indoors or outdoors in the middle of nature if the weather allows.

The destinations I have chosen for the Surf & Yoga stays, in the middle of nature, on the Atlantic coast, will allow you to disconnect and fill up on energy and good mood!

The program of a Surf & Yoga stay includes a surf lesson and a yoga class each day to progress quickly and see the evolution over several days (ideally over 4 days) but each project/request is tailor-made and adapted according to the needs defined beforehand.

The type of accommodation and catering on site will be offered according to the needs of the customers, budget and number of people. I work with different types of accommodation such as hotels, ecolodges, campsites, new generation youth hostels on the coast from Hossegor to Santander. Other activities can be organised in addition to surf and yoga lessons, such as eco-responsible activities related to the ocean or wellness activities such as spas by the sea. I organize 100% tailor-made stays according to the desires and needs of your customers.
