• Coordination & Communication: Managing all logistics between the venue/restaurant and yourself (room set-up, AV equipment, coffee breaks, menus, dietary requirements, etc.).
• Private Transfers: Coordinating shuttle services for your staff from a defined pick up point to the venue.
• On-site Coordination: Overseeing operations on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
